ISO 45001 Consultants

ISO 45001 is the international standard for occupational health and safety management. It replaced OHSAS 18001 in 2021, and it asks a harder question than its predecessor did: not "do you have safety paperwork?" but "does your leadership actually manage safety, and can you prove your controls work?"

That suits us. Health and safety is where DBIM started, and we don't believe in safety systems that live in a folder.

What a real 45001 system looks like

It's built on the risk assessments and operational controls you already run, not parallel to them. Worker participation that's genuine - your operators helped write the safe systems of work, so they follow them. Leadership commitment that shows up in decisions and spending, because the auditor will ask for evidence of it. Incident investigation that finds causes instead of blame.

If you already have decent H&S foundations, 45001 is closer than you think. If you don't, we build both together - the standard becomes the structure for getting the basics right.
