Start here: the Compliance Health Check
Integrated Compliance Health Check — £1,200 to £2,000
Three to five days on your site across health and safety and whichever ISO standards are in scope. You get a written report, a prioritised action list with rough costs, and an hour walking your leadership team through it. Most engagements start here, and the report is worth having whether or not you work with us afterwards.
Health & safety
Health & safety consultancy — the pillar. Safety systems that work on the shop floor rather than in a folder.
External competent person — from £250 a month. The Regulation 7 appointment, done properly rather than on paper.
Outsourced health & safety manager — from £250 a month. The role without the headcount, including interim cover when someone has just left.

Three ways to buy
A diagnostic. The Compliance Health Check. Fixed scope, fixed fee, no obligation afterwards.
A project. Fixed fee agreed after a gap analysis. ISO implementation, system builds, audit programmes.
A retainer. Ongoing cover at one of four levels. This is how most of our clients work with us.
Retainer levels
- Anchor — £250 a month. Named competent person, remote support, quarterly site visit.
- Active — £500 a month. Monthly site day, internal audit programme, risk assessment reviews.
- Embedded — £1,050 a month. Two days a month, full system ownership, quarterly board reporting.
- Embedded Plus — £1,650 a month. Three to four days, multiple sites, improvement projects.
