Everything DBIM Does
Three disciplines, three ways to buy, and the prices on the page. Most consultancy sites make you ring up to find out what things cost. This one doesn’t.
QHSE GAP Analysis
£900 to £1,800
Two to five days on your site across Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental. You get a written report, a prioritised action list, and an hour walking your leadership team through it. Most engagements start here, and the report is worth having whether or not you work with us afterwards.
Health and Safety
Everything in Baseline, plus momentum. A monthly working session to build and review your policies and documents, quarterly half-days on site, and priority phone access when something can't wait. For firms actively closing their gaps between visits.
Everything in Active, plus one day a month on site: audits, walk-throughs, training observation, hands-on advisory, working through your Compliance-to-Culture Roadmap phase by phase. The standard offer for most clients.
Everything in Embedded, plus a second on-site day, deeper operational integration and leadership-level engagement. For larger, multi-site or higher-risk operations.
ISO and Quality Management
Pricing on enquiry.
The umbrella service covering ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 - single standard or fully integrated. Systems built around your operation, not a template, so they pass certification first time and keep earning their keep afterwards.
From £4,000.
Environmental management built around your real aspects and impacts - legal compliance that holds up, not a box-ticking exercise.
From £6,000.
Quality management built around your customer requirements and process control - fewer errors, fewer complaints, and a system your team actually follows.
From £4,000.
Health and safety management built on real hazard identification and risk assessment - not a policy binder nobody reads.
Price on enquiry.
One system instead of three - shared documentation and a single audit cycle, built to carry 9001, 14001 and 45001 together rather than as separate paperwork exercises.
Most of the paperwork is identical anyway - one audit programme and one management review instead of three, while what's genuinely different (environmental impacts, hazard assessment, customer requirements) stays properly built in rather than glossed over.
A 12-month, one-to-one coaching programme that turns whoever inherited health and safety into someone who can actually lead it. Built across three pillars - professional grounding, personal resilience, people influence - with one two-hour session a month tied to real work on their own site, not generic theory.
Development Programmes
A 12-month coaching programme for MDs, Directors and Senior leaders who need safety, quality and culture to be part of how they lead, not a report someone else hands them. Built around real decisions in your business - but focused on the judgement calls only a leader can make: what gets resourced, what gets said in the room, and what the business actually rewards.
A 12-month coaching programme for supervisors and line managers who carry safety responsibility for their team alongside production targets, output and people problems. Builds the skills that don't come with the job title: challenging unsafe shortcuts without losing the room, running a toolbox talk that actually lands, and making safety part of how the shift runs rather than something that happens to it.
Training Courses
A one-day, IOSH-certificated course for anyone in the business - no health and safety background needed. Covers spotting hazards, understanding risk, and knowing what "safe" actually looks like on your site. The most widely recognised entry-level safety certificate in the UK, and the one most auditors expect your frontline staff to hold.
IOSH's course for anyone managing people, a process or a project - three days covering risk assessment, incident investigation, legal responsibility and safety leadership, finishing with a real workplace project and a formal exam. The certificate that tells an auditor, a customer or an insurer your supervisors don't just do safety, they understand it.

Not everything needs a fixed syllabus. Half-day or full-day sessions built around whatever's actually live on your site - a specific hazard, a recurring near-miss, a new piece of kit, a refresher after an incident. No off-the-shelf slides: content and length are scoped to what you actually need, from a single toolbox talk to a full day for the whole shift.
