Over two years, we led a company-wide culture change at The Rakem Group that moved health & safety from a complaince tick-box to a shared value. By creating a safety committee, empowering champions across every department, and embedding campaigns into daily operations, near misses reduced, engagement rose, and employees felt more cared for. The programme was recognised nationally, winning the Best Health & Safety in Manufacturing at the 2024 SHE Awards.
